Credible and fair behavior is a premise in dealing with our customers, suppliers and other partners. This guideline affirms that we will always provide advice that represents the best solution for our customer and that applicable laws and regulations will always be respected. We will ensure that employees have a respectful relationship within SLEEK TECH, both in formal and informal settings. Our written guidelines are rooted in SLEEK TECH’s business strategy and our core values, and our customers and suppliers should feel confident in our competence and integrity. However, ethical guidelines cannot cover every imaginable situation that may arise, and if unclear situations do arise, it is important to consult with the immediate supervisor or another person responsible for the subject matter. The Ethical Guidelines apply to all those who work in and for SLEEK TECH and all those who act on behalf of SLEEK TECH, including the board of directors and owners. In this Code of Conduct, all of these parties are referred to as “we.” Employee Responsibilities All activities at SLEEK TECH are based on respect for human and employee rights and the basic principles of good corporate governance as set forth in international conventions and national legislation.

All employees must comply with applicable laws and regulations and act ethically, sustainably, and socially responsible. SLEEK TECH respects and lays the foundation for open dialogue on ethical issues, both internally and externally. All managers have a special responsibility to ensure compliance with these ethical guidelines and to build an organizational culture based on our values.
